Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, it will be shipped according to the selected shipping method.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. We will notify you via email if there are any significant delays.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • ou will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will include your tracking number(s), which will become active within 24–48 hours.
  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages

    If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery (or expected delivery date). We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
